"Down by the River s'est formé en 2023, avec des musiciens rencontrés aux ateliers jazz de Mons-en-Baroeul et Villeneuve-d'Ascq, avec l'envie d'une musique plus récréative, et centrée sur la fin des 60's et le début des 70's.

Down by the River mélange folk, rock et soul, avec des reprises de Neil Young, des Beatles, Marvin Gaye... et quelques compos dans le même style. "
